The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or within the period of obtaining consent from users. However, if an investigation is in progress due to a violation of related laws, personal information is processed and retained until the investigation ends.
If the personal information retention period agreed by the user has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved, if personal information needs to be preserved for a certain period according to other laws or Company internal policies, the personal information is moved or stored in a separate database (DB) Conserve by changing location.
In accordance with Article 39-6 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company notifies users of personal information of users who have not used the Company's Services for one year, and destroys or separates and stores personal information.

Destruction of Personal Data

In principle, when personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the retention and use period or achievement of the purpose of processing, the personal information is destroyed immediately.
If a user withdraws consent to the collection and use of personal information, the Company will immediately destroy the user’s personal information.
The procedure and method of personal information destruction are as follows.
1. Destruction procedure
The Company destroys it without delay from the time the request for destruction occurs until the designated retention and use period has elapsed.
2. Destruction method
The Company destroys the personal information recorded and stored in the form of an electronic file using a technical and/or physical method so that the record cannot be reproduced, and the personal information printed on paper is shredded with a shredder or destroyed through incineration.
